WE ARE THE EASTER PEOPLE
Everyone is invited to :
A VIRTUAL GET TOGETHER
on Saturday April 25th at 7pm in our own homes
to have ready tea, coffee etc and cakes, biscuits etc,
to dress up - maybe a tea towel on the head with a 21st century band ( 21st century disciple ) or an Easter bonnet……
then at 7pm, to raise your cups : “We are the Easter People, may God fill us with the Holy Spirit’s power to be a light, to shine in our world today”
and to sing “We are the Easter People and alleluia is our song” or “Shine Jesus Shine”.
to take photos and to email them to

WE ARE THE EASTER PEOPLE
On Saturday April 25th 2020, everyone (parishioner or virtual visitor) was invited to join together in celebration and prayer, though in our own homes.
We had ready our tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits etc. We were invited to dress up - maybe as disciples with tea towels on our heads, or in an Easter bonnet.
Then at 7pm we raised our cups : “We are the Easter people, may God fill us with the Holy Spirit’s power to be a light, to shine in our world today”.
And together we sang “We are the Easter People and alleluia is our song” or “Shine Jesus Shine”.
We were invited to email photos to share. It was lovely to be together in a virtual way, to pray, sing and celebrate together.
